3Z0 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy describes how we respond to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on 3Z0 infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
- Your full name, address, and contact information (email and phone).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g. title, URL, or description).
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on 3Z0 (e.g. URL of the page, post, or comment).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the notice to us via our Contact page, with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request,” or to the designated agent we publish for this purpose. We may forward the notice (including your contact information) to the user who posted the content and/or to third parties as needed to resolve the matter.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes:
- Your name, address, and contact information.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it was located before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the US, any judicial district in which 3Z0 may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the counter-notification via our Contact page with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification.” We may forward it to the original complainant. If the copyright owner does not file a court action, we may restore the content at our discretion.
3. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who we determine are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
4. Disclaimer
This policy is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure about your rights, please consult a lawyer. We may change this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
